You’ve probably been waiting for this as much as we did, so here it is! Our developers have prepared the first mockups for our future mobile apps. Soon, we’ll be releasing native mobile apps for Android, IPhone and IPad and we’d really appreciate your opinion about the first “sketch”.
Here is what we have included within our first app mockups:
- A Real Time Traffic Monitor Screen – Where you will be able to see information about your real time visitors and invite them to chat.
- Chat Screen – This is where you can multi-chat with your customers and sees what they’re typing. From here, you can also transfer chats and send transcripts via email. We’ve also created a tablet version of this screen.
- Settings Screen – This is where you can easily control your profile information.

After launching the new Facebook App, HelpOnClick has now developed a new feature, to enable users to provide social interaction to their customers, through the Live Chat system. Users can now add social buttons to their Widget and Chat Window, so that customers can Like their Facebook Page, Follow them on Twitter or on Google +1.
The new social buttons can be added to the Widget, so that customers can easily use them while chatting with a representative.
